Cancellation Policy
SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION The camp you have registered for is a 1 week, half day camp that runs 9:00am-Noon Monday through Friday. Payment is required to secure a spot in a summer camp. DROP OFF / PICK UP Drop off students on time for class in the lounge waiting room. Summer Camps are drop off only. No one is permitted to wait parked on the property. Please be sure to be on-time to pick up your child. There will be a $15 charge per child for late pick ups after 12:15 pm. We do not allow parents to sit in on camps. Children 11 years old or younger are not permitted to leave the building without an adult walking in to pick them up MISSED CLASSES & CANCELLATIONS There are no make ups given for missed camps. There are no refunds or credits for any reasons, no exceptions. There are no refunds for camps once booked, no exceptions. This applies to booking mistakes, illness and any other reason. Lincroft Music & Arts reserves the right to cancel a camp for any reason (this includes natural disaster, teacher emergency and low registration). If a camp is cancelled by Lincroft Music & Arts, you will be given the choice of another camp, or applying the price towards other services we offer. No cash refunds will be given. COMMUNICATION Lincroft Music does not accept e-mails, text messages or social media messages as forms of contact. All contact should be made either in person, or by calling 732-889-4321. Use the student portal for any cancellations. For privacy reasons, teachers won't have any access to directly communicate with students. Any correspondence is to be made through Lincroft Music only. E-mail addresses, phone numbers and social media accounts are not to be shared between students and teachers. MEDIA RELEASE We love to brag about our students! When we do group programs, we will be taking photos, videos and posting to social media. By registering and submitting payment, you agree to us using photos.
