Sheri Nocelli 

POSITION: When you enter Lincroft Music, you will be greeted by Sheri at the front desk in the reception room. She has been running the music school with her husband since 2003. She does all of the scheduling, phones and social media for the studio. When needed, she substitutes Piano and Voice lessons. She also organizes and leads along with one of the vocal instructors, the studio's elite vocal performance groups, the "Lincroft Music All-Star Singers" and the "Lincroft Music Jr All-Star Singers".

BIO: Sheri lives in Lincroft with her husband, two children and 6 dogs (they're all very little!) She has been running the music school since 2003. She also owns and manages the Broadway road production Beatlemania Stage Show which tours internationally. She is a published author as well. Her memoir "Life, Love... Leukemia" was published in July of 2013. She has also written articles for the internationally women's Cancer survivor magazine "The Plum" and has been a featured guest on XM Sirius "Doctor Radio". She is a founding leader and manager with social sharing company, Tara At Home, helping people to find more time to slow down and gather with friends and family. She is passionate about all of her endeavors, especially running the music studio and ensuring that each student feels like they are part of the Lincroft Music family.

BIO: Playing guitar since age 5, Lucien quickly developed his passion at a young age to master his instrument. At a young age he became renowned in the Jazz Fusion scene with his group "Lucien Nocelli and the Jazz Experience", touring extensively throughout the New York City and world wide Jazz circuit. He has multiple album credits to his name, including "Open Sky", "World of Difference", "Lucien Nocelli and the Jazz Experience", "Bebop Gypsies", "Test Infection", "Message for Peace", "Deal With It", "Acoustic Lullabies" and Jazz Fusion concept album "EvoLucien". 
       Lucien is the author and creator of the acclaimed advanced guitar method series "The Nocelli Guitar Method" and tours with specialized guitar clinics nationwide. He also has been touring internationally for twenty years with the Broadway road production of Beatlemania Stage Show, portraying John Lennon in the show. 
        With private teaching experience of over 25 years, Lucien is Lincroft Music's resident advanced guitar instructor. While he does enjoy teaching all levels including beginner and intermediate, many of his students are professional working guitarists who are looking to better their soloing and over all guitar abilities.

BIO: Nicole's passion for music first developed at a young age when she discovered piano and voice. She went on to study music at Juilliard School in New York City where she studied with Grammy-Award winning artist Paul Jacobs. She went on to earn her masters degree from Westminster Choir College. She believes strongly in sharing the value of music in students lives, both children and adults.   
           Nicole's calm, soothing personality is a key ingredient to her music instruction. She ensures that each student not only grasps the full theory behind what they are learning, but that they have fun while learning. She strives to integrate a variety of teaching methods to match eash students learning style, using personalized lesson plans. She encourages and inspires her students to be their own unique person and to create music that is true to them selves. She helps her students build confidence  and help them explore their process of self-discovery. Her eclectic and extensive musical taste reflect in her teaching, and her pure love of music is shared with her students in every lesson.

BIO: Training in voice classically from young age, Zac has always known his future would be working in music. He continued to gain a variety of different musical experiences professionally and personally. He went on to earn his bachelors in Music Performance from SUNY Fredonia. From there he completed his Master of the Arts in Voice Performance from Montclair State University. He enjoys sharing his studies in Vocal Pedagogy and Music Conducting. He has won many awards including placing 1st place in NATS vocal competition at NJCC and many more. 
     Zac has a wide range of stage experience, performing as lead role, includes performing as L'enfant in Ravel's 'L'enfant et Les Sortileges' and Cesare in Handel's 'Giulio Cesare in Egitto'. He also performed as alto soloist with the Erie Philharmonic for their annual performance of Handel's 'Messiah'. 
     Zac's enthusiastic teaching style brings an extra element to his lessons. His upbeat and outgoing personality is infectious, making lessons not only highly informative and productive, but also a positive, fun experience for each of his students.

BIO: Jimmy has been rocking out since age 5 when he first discovered his love for music. He began studying drums at this time, quickly developing a natural feel and style on the instrument. By age 10, he began learning guitar as well - and it's all history from there. Diving head first into his musical study's, he quickly became engulfed with his desire to master both instruments. By high school, Jimmy became a driving force in Marching Band on percussion during the day and rock n'roll rebel by night performing with well known band Hollander. 
           Jimmy went on to travel the world with Warped Tour, has opened for international bands including Steel Panther, and has become a known musician in the Tri-State area. He is constantly aiming to better himself as a musician, studying with various master instructors as well as earning music degrees from Brookdale College and Rutgers University. 
           Jimmy's bright, fun personality mixed with his musical knowledge is what makes him a great instructor. He ensures that every student learns the fundamentals of their instrument, but also goes the extra mile to make each lesson a fun learning experience. You can often hear his contagious laugh coming from the Red Studio out into the waiting room. His rich musical taste and knowledge reflect heavily in his lessons, mixed with his pure love for music and teaching, creating the perfect environment for students of all ages to flourish with their studies.

BIO:​  Claire began playing piano at a young age when she first discovered her love for learning and playing music. She studied extensively on her instrument developing her knowledge, musicality and talent for the piano and singing. She went on to earn her Bachelors degree in Music Performance from Montclair State University. 
             Claire's fun loving, up beat personality lend perfectly to her music instruction. She provides each student with the tools they need to each their own musical goals, while also ensuring that they gain a full knowledge of their instrument. She enjoys teaching a broad spectrum of styles and always makes sure to customize each lesson plan to the individual students needs and goals as a musician. Cultivating the fundamentals of music theory and making sure each student nurtures their love for music is her goal.

BIO:​ Lyndsay has long been a natural with music, and from a very young age knew it was her life passion. She went on to study at the Mason Gross Music School at Rutgers.  She has performed in countless chorus and solo concerts in the Tri-State area.

  Lyndsay enjoys working with her students and believes that anyone can fall in love with learning their instrument. Her approach to music learning focuses on developing a healthy technique as a musician while having fun through hands on exploration and student centered instruction. Her ultra positive and upbeat personality lend to her lessons being an enjoyable experience for each student as they embark on their musical journey. She is able to find just the right balance of learning proper technique and skills with having a positive, enjoyable experience while they learn.

BIO: Mark has had a passion for music from a very young age and has always incorporated music into his life. He went on to attend Berklee College of Music in Boston as well as studying with master drum instructors including Gary Chaffee (who also taught Vinnie Coliauta from Frank Zappa, Steve Smith from Journey, Kenny Aronoff from John Mellencamp), Tommy Campbell (Manhattan Transfer). 

Marks upbeat personality and friendly demeanor set the tone for his lessons to be positive and productive. His wide range of musical knowledge allows him to tailor each students lesson plan accordingly to their musical tastes and needs. He always goes the extra mile to ensure his students are excelling in their own musical journey. He strives to create a friendly and supportive environment for his students, tailoring each lesson to help each student reach their individual goals. He is passionate about helping each student develop strong musicianship and confidence in their craft, while instilling a love for music.

BIO: Zach first discovered his love of music when at age 9 he first joined a community theater production, and he never looked back! He went on to attend Howell High School's Fine Arts and Performing Arts Center gaining invaluable experiences in music, acting and dance. As a youth, he earned multiple titles and awards including the Algonquin Arts Theater Rising Stars Award, and All Shore Scholarship Recipient for 2010. He went on to earn his B.F.A in Musical Theatre from Penn State University studying vocal pedagogy for musical theater. 
          Zach adds a high energy touch to every lesson, ensuring every student develops a love for their lessons and instrument. He works with his students on making strong and clear choices when acting a song in addition to becoming more in control of their mind / body connection. As an active member in the theater industry, he is well versed with the ins and outs of today's competitive field. His experiences lend him a broadened knowledge of song selection and performance etiquette, allowing him to cater to each of his students on an individual level.

​BIO: Kevin pursued music and its many facets at a young age with piano and began to pursue several other instruments not too long afterwards. He went on to music at Ramapo College, including studies in music theory, music history and jazz. He tours with NJ based group "The Shiners". Along with teaching music, he also enjoys instructing many outdoor activities with the Monmouth County Parks System, including kayaking, rock climbing, cooking and camping. 
          Kevin brings a great energy and enthusiasm to his teaching, ensuring that each lesson is a positive experience for each student. He is passionate about sharing his love of music, and watching his students flourish into musicians in their own right, and finding their own absolute joy in their instruments as well.
